Implementation details
In this demonstration, in addition to wind power generation operators, investors also participated and were able to see the repair process carried out by robots.
① Robot preparation and scanning
After attaching the robot to the blade and confirming its attitude control,
Perform a scan of the blade surface.

② Polishing work
We demonstrated polishing using a robot. This time, we not only polished the entire surface but also performed targeted polishing on damaged areas. We showed how the polishing process is adapted to the degree of damage.

③ Painting work
Robot-based painting work is carried out.

From the participants:
"I now have a good understanding of the repair process using robots."
"If we can achieve this level of success, we would like to utilize it in real-world situations."
We received positive feedback such as these, and we received favorable evaluations regarding the practicality of the robot.
Following this demonstration, one company has decided to conduct a field demonstration with actual equipment this spring.
There was in-depth discussion about on-site operations and future developments, and there was much interest in the practicality of robotic maintenance.
We will continue to incorporate feedback from businesses and make further technological improvements to create even better products.
