From "finding" blade damage to "measuring" it – quantitative analysis using 3D data and optimization of maintenance timing.

Hello! We are LEBO ROBOTICS.
In wind turbine blade maintenance, assessing damage is one of the crucial steps.
In addition to "finding" damage, "measuring" it allows us to use this information as a basis for making judgments about "how extensive the damage is," "how long ago it occurred," and "when and what kind of repair work should be done."
Our blade repair robot acquires 3D scan data in addition to camera images while performing repair work. This makes it possible to quantitatively understand the damage to the blade surface, including its depth and volume.

At LEBO,
AI blade visual inspection
- Blade internal inspection (IntraBlade)
• Robot-assisted blade repair
We provide comprehensive services for wind turbine maintenance, from inspection to repair, based on quantitative data.
