In order to operate wind power generation facilities stably and efficiently, it is essential to understand the condition of the blades and towers and perform their appropriate maintenance.
LEBO offers a variety of external and internal inspection services.
1. AI blade visual inspection service
Ground-based photography and AI analysis enable quick and highly accurate inspection of wind turbine blades.
It is used by many businesses and has inspected over 1,000 units in Japan to date. Photographing blades in particular is difficult using a drone, as detailed image data is required to assess damage. Photographing with this ground camera makes it possible to obtain extremely detailed blade images that are not possible with a drone.

Cornis SAS not only provides photography using ground cameras as mentioned above, but also drone photography. If you would like drone services, we will use a drone to take your photos.
2.Tower exterior inspection service
The tower is photographed by a drone equipped with a high-definition camera, and the acquired image data is then analyzed by AI to detect cracks, rust, and damage to the paint.

3. IntraBlade internal inspection service
A small camera is inserted inside the blade to visualize any damage or deterioration inside the blade.
