In blade maintenance, checking for internal damage that cannot be detected by visual inspection alone is one of the important steps.

On the other hand, conventional blade internal inspections presented safety challenges due to the need to work at heights and in confined spaces.

So, this time, we'd like to introduce "IntraBlade," a blade internal inspection service provided by LEBO!

What is IntraBlade?

IntraBlade is a blade internal inspection service developed by Cornis, a French company within the SITES SAS group.

By inserting a small camera into the blade and photographing and recording the condition of the internal structure, it is possible to efficiently check for damage or deterioration.

Features of IntraBlade

① There is no need for workers to enter the inside of the blade.

Since the inspection is performed remotely, it does not require access to the inside of the blade.

This eliminates the risk of falls and oxygen deprivation, ensuring safe inspections.

② Detailed inspection using 360° photography

Equipped with six cameras, it captures a 360° view of the inside of the blade.

We will meticulously record the internal condition and check for any damage or deterioration.

③ High-precision image acquisition

It can capture clear images even in environments with low visibility, such as wet metal surfaces.

High-precision data, including depth information, allows for a more accurate understanding of the internal state.
