Hello! We are LEBO ROBOTICS.

In recent years, as wind turbines have been used for longer periods, there has been a growing need to inspect not only the exterior but also the inside of the blades.

This time, we will introduce "IntraBlade," an internal blade inspection service that meets these needs, along with photos and videos of actual work and cloud service screens!

IntraBlade is an inspection service that uses a small camera inserted inside the blade to visualize internal damage and deterioration. Internal inspections are already being carried out in Japan.

Below is a picture of the actual inspection work.

There is no need for workers to enter the blade, and they can check the internal condition without the risk of falling or oxygen deprivation.

Using 360° photography with six cameras and advanced image analysis, cracks and deterioration conditions inside the blades can be visualized. Even wet metal surfaces are clearly visible, and high-precision images with depth can be obtained.

In addition, the internal inspection data acquired by IntraBlade can be centrally managed and viewed on the same cloud service as AI blade visual inspections and tower visual inspections.

The ability to check both external and internal inspection results across the board makes it possible to more efficiently understand the blade condition and consider maintenance plans.
